Peter Explains Why Galileans Spoke in Unlearned Languages (Acts 2:12-21)

The sound of wind on Pentecost draws a crowd. Once the crowd is there, they hear the praises of God in their own languages and even their own dialects from uneducated Galileans. Peter explains what God means by the display of these languages. These tongues (languages) are a sign much like that prophesied in the Old Testament Book of Joel.
