In this study, we complete our look at Judas Iscariot, the betrayer of Jesus, by examining the possibility of falsehood in salvation and in sanctification. As Judas could be a fake follower of Jesus, doing so for his own selfish reasons rather than being a true believer, so others can fake salvation for their own reasons. Others can be believers who fake or fail in truly following Jesus obediently. we look at five types of fakes or failures in sanctification (faking their walk with God). When then briefly look at 8 lessons to consider, including both warnings and realities, in this 3-part series. Not everyone who claims to follow Christ is truly a believer or an obedient believer.
